i’m staying in a lodge for 2 nights starting on the 13th of february. can anyone tell me how the skiing is? is there a good bit of snow up there? this is my first time going to breckenridge, so i dont really know what to expect around this time of year. (and i checked the weather for the next week; its supposed to snow for 5 days straight) also, how low might the temperatures get? im only asking because all the websites ive been checking tell me different things.

Everything is open. Snow is alright. El nino has had a bad impact this year. We have finally been getting some snow lately tho. Peak 7 always has some fresh tracks on it. It will be busy that wknd so I would def sniff out some of the runs on peak 7 or 10. Depending on your skill level. You will need something to cover your face because it can get really windy up there. In the last two weeks I have had blue bird days boarding in a light jacket and still being hot and I have had days where its cold(single digits) and cloudy and the wind is howling @ 40mph. Breck is a great place, you will have a good time!
