Peaks 7, 8, 9, and 10 all have intermediate terrain. I'd recommend Northstar and Claimjumper on Peak 8 for more privacy. But, I'd spend most of my time on Peak 9 moving back and forth from Columbia and Sundown, and then heading over to Peerless and Volunteer for a bit more of a bumpy challenge (still pretty mild here).
