The public can access the Dream Stream portion of The South Platte River is public and it has easy bank access. Almost all of the areas are strictly catch and release with Colorado’s conservation efforts. Want to go for real trophies? There are private water options to fish almost untouched rivers, creeks, streams and ponds on some of Colorado’s premier ranch lands.
